Mary Lee Moore Sheppard
Gloucester - Mary Lee Moore Sheppard, 95, died on Monday, March 18, 2002, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.
She was the widow of Marshall Gregory Sheppard and the daughter of the late Bernard Curtis and Elizabeth Ardell Fitchett Moore. She was born in King and Queen County and moved to Gloucester at an early age. She was a member of Bellamy United Methodist Church and was a member of the Dorcas Sunday School Class ad also the XYZ Club of the church.
She is survived by her children, Cassie Mae Silvis and her husband, Clark, Libby Kladler and her husband, Paul, Boyd Sheppard and his wife, Peggy; grandchildren, M. B. and Sue Sheppard, Keith Sheppard, Mary and Charlie Sanders, Greg and Star Kladler, Richard Silvis, Susan and Kevin Blake; great-grandchildren, Quinton Sheppard, Tyler Blake, Sarah and Allison Kladler; and three step-great-grandchildren, Jason and Kelly Sanders, Judson Sanders and Jared Sanders.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Bellamy United Methodist Church by the Rev. Robert Justis. Burial will be in Bellamy Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Andrews Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Playground of Bellamy United Methodist Church.
